High-Protein Cowboy Caviar Meal Prep

This high-protein meal is a breeze to make and will help you meet your protein goals for the day with ease.

I couldn't help but to jump on this cowboy caviar craze and put my own spin on it. I turned it into a full meal prep for those days when you don't have the time or energy to cook. Of course, if you just want the cowboy caviar feel free to skip the rest and eat it with your favorite tortilla chips as a high-protein, plant-based dip!

This recipe was specifically created for those of you who are looking to build muscle and lose fat. This recipe is prepared quickly, in 30 minutes or less, and perfect for those with a busy lifestyle. All of the ingredients are easy to obtain - I bought all of mine at Trader Joe's - and are gluten and dairy-free!
